No case to be started with regard to policeman "beaten by journalists"

The destiny of the policeman "beaten" by journalists on December 19 is unknown. The Ministry of Internal Affairs also does not reveal his name. 

Let us remind you, the Minister of Internal Affairs Anatol Kuliashou said on January 26, in response to the complaints about use of excess physical force against the media representatives at the action on December 19, that journalists had beaten a policeman themselves. "Was it normal when the jornalists started beating my policeman with photo and video cameras?" — the Minister asked.

The press-center of the "Belarusian Association of Journalists" tried to figure out the details of this accident and addressed to the deputy head of the MIA's administration for information and public relations Kanstantsin Shalkevich. He said that no case had been started or would be started in this regard. "The policeman was fulfilling his obligations and he wasn't the only one who got injured",  — Shalkevich stated.
