Person who started exchange of fire in “Planeta” hotel is detained in Minsk

The man who satrted an exchange of fire in “Planeta” hotel in February has been detained in the Belarusian capital. One person was injured at that time.

The police knew “the shooter’s” identity but they were not able to catch him until now, reports “Interfax”.
